  1. Do you offer a trial period or a moneyback guarantee?
    We do not offer a trial period, however we provide you with 30 Days Moneyback Guarantee on your hosting order.
  2. Is domain name included with a web hosting account?
    Domain name registration is not included with the web hosting account. You have to purchase the domain name separately before ordering web hosting for it.
  3. Where can I buy domain names?

  4. Do you provide any moneyback guarantee?
    Yes we do offer 30 days moneyback guarantee on all our web hosting plans. You may cancel your account at any time. We give you an unconditional 30 days moneyback guarantee on your hosting account. You will be refunded the total amount you had paid minus the payment processing fee charged by the payment gateway for your payment. Refund requests after 30 days will not be honored. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  5. Are there any hidden charges?
    No, you will never be asked to pay anything. There is also no setup fee for any accounts.
  6. How long does it take for my hosting account to be setup?
    Your website hosting account will be setup immediately, if your payment was successful. You will receive an email confirmation with your login and FTP information after your account is setup.
  7. Do you offer dedicated server hosting or VPS?
    No. We only offer shared server hosting, which is most commonly used and cost-effective model in today's Internet.
  8. Do you accept Adult Websites?
    No, we do not accept web hosting for Adult Websites. Please read our Acceptable Usage Policy for more information.
  9. How can I pay for my order?
    Currently we accept payment by all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Indian Bank Accounts, PayPal, Moneybookers & Liberty Reserve. Please see our Payment Options page for details.
  10. Can I host my own domain.com?
    Yes, you may host your own domain name without any issues.
  11. How can I order for Dedicated IP Address?
    Dedicated IP Address is available for $2/month. This can be ordered from inside the Members Area.
  12. Do you force advertisements in our website?
    No, we will never put any advertisements, counters or branding in your website. Your webpages will display only the contents you want. You are also free to display any ads you wish.
  13. Can I send bulk, yet targeted Email using your Servers?
    No, we consider bulk Email of any kind to be spam. Please read or Terms of Service for more information. We never provide any services which compromise the performance of our servers, leading to unexpected downtime and outages.
  14. Can I use Java applets, JavaScript, Flash pages on my site?
    Yes, those are client-side technologies, so it doesn't matter whether Java or Flash are listed among plan features; they are supported by default.
  15. Do I get Shell / SSH / Telnet access?
    No, we do not provide Shell/SSH/Telnet access to any hosting accounts. Instead we provide the cPanel Control Panel to manage your website. We never provide any services which compromise the performance of our servers, leading to unexpected downtime and outages.
  16. How do I backup my website?
    If backups are important for your desktop, they are absolutely crucial for your web site. While on your computer a hard disk may site idle, on a web server, hard disks are always in use. Hard disk failure happens all the time. Add into this the threat of security holes giving hackers access to your files, it is very important that you have your site files backed up. You can easily download a full backup of your website through the cPanel Backup Manager. As a precaution, it is advisable that you backup your data once a month.
  17. What if I run out of disk space or bandwidth?
    Additional resources cannot be allocated to the existing hosting plan. So you will need to upgrade to a higher hosting plan to use additional resources. Please login to Members Area to upgrade your hosting account.
  18. Can I change the domain name of my hosting account?
    Once your web hosting account is setup, you cannot change the domain name relating to it. If you wish to discontinue the account you purchased, you should refrain from renewing it when it expires and just buy another account.
